Recurring cleans start at $45 a visit. Every job is quoted flat, in advance, after we have asked how big the place is and how often you want us.
Nobody enjoys the version of this where the price appears at the end. An hourly rate rewards a company for being slow, so we do not use one — you get a number before we start and that is the number you pay, unless you ask for something extra on the day.

- Recurring home cleaning with Casement starts at $45 per visit, a one-time deep clean starts at $329, and a move-out clean starts at $389. Final price depends on the size of the home and how often we come. Every quote is flat and given before any work starts.
- Do I have to be home during the clean?
- Most customers are not home. Casement can work from a key, a lockbox or a door code, held under a signed key agreement. Cleaners are police-checked, insured and bonded.
- Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
- Casement brings everything, including a HEPA vacuum and colour-coded microfibre cloths that never move between bathrooms and kitchens. Fragrance-free and pet-safe products are available at no extra cost — ask when booking.
- What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
- A regular clean maintains a home that is already in good order. A deep clean reaches what a regular visit does not: inside the oven and fridge, window tracks, grout, cupboard fronts and behind movable furniture. Most homes start with one deep clean and move to a recurring schedule after.
