About
An Ottawa cleaning company with a short list of rules.
Casement is an Ottawa cleaning company that has been doing this since 2019, with a team of six and a deliberately unglamorous set of principles.

The short version
It started because the good ones were always full.
Maren Vogt spent four years cleaning for two other companies in Ottawa before starting this one in 2019. The pattern was always the same: the cleaners who were good at it got moved onto more houses per day until they stopped being good at it.
Casement is built the other way round. Fewer houses, longer at each one, the same team on your address, and a price that does not depend on how fast anybody moves. It is a smaller business than it could be, on purpose.
Six cleaners now, across 11 neighbourhoods. All police-checked, all insured and bonded, all covered by WSIB.
How we work
Four rules, and we hold to them.
- The same people, every visit
- A different pair each time means nobody learns your house, and nobody feels responsible for it. Your home gets one team.
- A number before we start
- Flat quote, given up front. If something takes longer than we thought, that is our estimate being wrong, not your bill going up.
- We say when we cannot
- Some marks do not come out and some jobs are not ours. You get told that on the phone rather than discovering it afterwards.
- Fragrance-free as standard, on request
- No upcharge for unscented or pet-safe products. Charging extra for not putting perfume in someone’s house is a strange business model.
About this site
None of the above is true.
Casement Cleaning Co. is not a real company. There is no Maren Vogt, no team of six, and no house has ever been cleaned by anyone here.
This is a demonstration site built by SearchSpruce Studio to show how a residential cleaning company’s website is put together — the structure, the copy, the scroll work, the schema, the review page and the accessibility. Everything that looks like a fact is invented, and the site carries a sitewide noindexso it cannot turn up in a search result and be mistaken for a business you could hire.
The imagery is generated rather than photographed, and deliberately abstract — cloth, foam, water, steam, light. No fake “before and after” photos, because a cleaning company with no customers has no before and after.
