Recurring home cleaning
A regular clean of the whole home, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, done by the same team each visit.

Deep clean
A top-to-bottom clean that reaches the places a regular visit does not: inside the oven, behind the fridge, along every window track.

Move-out and move-in clean
An empty-home clean to the standard a landlord, a buyer or a property manager inspects against.

- Walls spot-cleaned, marks lifted where they lift
Post-renovation clean
Construction dust settles for days and gets into everything, so this one is quoted after we have seen the space.

- Fine dust removal from every surface, high and low
- HEPA vacuuming of floors, vents and soft furnishings
- Paint, adhesive and sticker residue
- Repeat visits where dust keeps settling
Interior windows
Interior glass, frames, sills and tracks, added to any clean. Exterior windows above ground level are not something we do.

Straight answers
What we don’t do.
A list of services with no edges to it is a list written by someone who has not thought about it. These are the jobs we turn down, and the reason.
- Exterior windows above ground level. That is work at height and needs a company equipped for it.
- Carpet and upholstery extraction. We vacuum thoroughly; we do not wet-extract.
- Biohazard, hoarding and post-incident cleanup. Specialist work, properly licensed.
- Anything on a ladder taller than a two-step. Not worth anyone getting hurt over.
Ask anyway. If it is not us, we will usually know who it is.
