Services

Deep cleaning in Ottawa, and the five other things we do.

Deep cleaning in Ottawa is what most people call us for first — the one-off, everything-moved, top-to-bottom clean. After that, most move onto a recurring visit. Here is exactly what each one covers.

Every service in detail

  • A stack of freshly laundered white towels and folded linen in soft window light.

    Recurring home cleaning

A regular clean of the whole home, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, done by the same team each visit.

    from $149 per visit

    What that includes

    • Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
    • Floors vacuumed with a HEPA machine and washed
    • Surfaces, mirrors and fixtures
    • Baseboards, switch plates and door handles
    • Beds made, bins emptied and relined
  • Warm white steam curling upward against a dark background.

    Deep clean

A top-to-bottom clean that reaches the places a regular visit does not: inside the oven, behind the fridge, along every window track.

    from $329 one-time

    What that includes

    • Everything in a recurring clean
    • Inside the oven, fridge and microwave
    • Window tracks, sills and interior glass
    • Grout, tile and shower door scale
    • Cupboard fronts, vents and light fittings
    • Behind and beneath movable furniture
  • Water beading and sheeting across a polished pale stone countertop.

    Move-out and move-in clean

An empty-home clean to the standard a landlord, a buyer or a property manager inspects against.

    from $389 one-time

    What that includes

    • Every room cleaned empty, top to bottom
    • Inside all cupboards, drawers and closets
    • Appliances cleaned inside and out
    • Interior windows, tracks and sills
    • Walls spot-cleaned, marks lifted where they lift
  • Extreme close-up of the looped weave of a pale sage microfibre cloth.

    Post-renovation clean

Construction dust settles for days and gets into everything, so this one is quoted after we have seen the space.

Quoted after we have seen the space

    What that includes

    • Fine dust removal from every surface, high and low
    • HEPA vacuuming of floors, vents and soft furnishings
    • Paint, adhesive and sticker residue
    • Repeat visits where dust keeps settling
  • Macro view of fine white soap foam with iridescent highlights on each bubble.

    Interior windows

Interior glass, frames, sills and tracks, added to any clean. Exterior windows above ground level are not something we do.

    from $89 add-on

    What that includes

    • Interior glass cleaned streak-free
    • Frames, sills and tracks vacuumed then washed
    • Interior side of patio and balcony doors
  • Morning window light falling in soft panes across a pale oak floor.

    Laundry and linens

Beds stripped, washed, dried and remade before we leave, added to any clean.

    from $45 add-on

    What that includes

    • Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen
    • One wash and dry cycle per visit
    • Towels changed through the house

Straight answers

What we don’t do.

A list of services with no edges to it is a list written by someone who has not thought about it. These are the jobs we turn down, and the reason.

  • Exterior windows above ground level. That is work at height and needs a company equipped for it.
  • Carpet and upholstery extraction. We vacuum thoroughly; we do not wet-extract.
  • Biohazard, hoarding and post-incident cleanup. Specialist work, properly licensed.
  • Anything on a ladder taller than a two-step. Not worth anyone getting hurt over.

Ask anyway. If it is not us, we will usually know who it is.

Not sure which one you need?

Most homes start with one deep clean and move to a recurring visit after. Tell us the size of the place and we will say which makes sense.
