Our cleaning service area: Ottawa, end to end.
Our cleaning service area in Ottawa runs from Kanata in the west out to Orleans in the east, taking in the core and the south on the way. Eleven neighbourhoods, grouped by the day we are usually in them.
Neighbourhoods we clean
The west end
- Westboro
- Hintonburg
Older housing stock, original windows, and the sash tracks that come with them.
The core and south
- The Glebe
- Old Ottawa South
- Alta Vista
Narrow semis and century homes. Stairs, and a lot of trim.
East
- Rockcliffe Park
- Orléans
Larger homes and longer visits. Booked as a block so we are not crossing the city twice.
West and southwest
- Nepean
- Kanata
- Stittsville
- Barrhaven
Newer builds, open plans, and more glass than anywhere else in the city.

Outside the list
If you’re just past the edge, ask.
The list above is where we already are most weeks, which is a different thing from where we will go. Manotick, Greely, Carp, Almonte, across the river to Gatineau — call and ask.
What we will not do is take a booking we cannot serve properly and then turn up late to it. If somewhere is genuinely too far to do well, the answer is no and you find out on the phone rather than on the day.

How the routing works.
Each area gets its own days, so the team is not driving across Ottawa between two houses. That is why a slot in Barrhaven and a slot in Orleans are rarely on the same afternoon, and why moving a recurring visit sometimes means moving it by a week rather than by a day.
