These numbers are invented. Casement is a demonstration site and no real rate card exists. On a client build every figure here comes from the business’s own pricing and nowhere else — never a competitor, and never a marketplace listing, which mark up what the business actually charges.

What moves the number
Five things, and none of them are a surprise.
- How often we come
- A weekly visit costs less per clean than a monthly one, because less has accumulated. Monthly is the most expensive per visit and still worth it for a lot of homes.
- How big the place is
- Bathrooms move the number more than bedrooms do. A bathroom is the slowest room in any house.
- What state it starts in
- A first clean on a home that has not had one in a while takes longer. We say so before we start, not after.
- Pets
- No surcharge. Hair takes longer, and that is already in the quote we give you.
- Add-ons
- Interior windows and the laundry service are priced separately so you can drop them in and out.
Why flat
An hourly rate pays a company to be slow.
Charging by the hour puts the customer and the cleaner on opposite sides. The faster the work gets done, the less the company earns — which is a strange thing to build a business on.
A flat quote puts everyone on the same side. We take as long as it takes, you pay what you were told, and if we get quicker at your house over time that is our problem to enjoy rather than your bill to grow.
The number changes only if you ask for something extra on the day. Recurring cleans start at $45 a visit.
